This Friday at 10:00 a.m., forage about the farm with us for wild edibles, not the least of which is the wild grape.
We will share a thing or two about those one-of-a-kind Southern grapes I grew up eating. There is the proverbial “mouth sorting” of muscadines and scuppernongs and some great “how-to” information in regard to their culinary uses.
At our 10:45 demonstration, we will make a versatile bourbon and native grape condiment sauce.
We have some purslane starts and other pass-alongs available for $4, as well.
