August is upon us and so is ardent herb drying, out here at the farm. Epicurean finishing salts are salt blends that bring special flavor dimension to cooking, not attainable in any other way. Their dry gritty heft on a steak or gentle depth added to dips, sauces and the like, make them one-of-a-kind. Ours are freshly constructed from lots of good things, right here at the farm.
Farm Friday This Week!!

We will be creating basil salt, lavender and rosemary salt and mushroom salt at our 10:30 a.m. demonstration. At 11:15, join us for a make-your-own mini-class and create your own salts with farm fresh goods! Cost for class is $10 and includes two, take-home salts.
